m0mmaBuck Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 Taco/nacho/enchilada meat.... I put the breasts in with some diced onion, green pepper, garlic, and chili powder. Use a little water or chicken broth. Pull the chicken apart when it's done and let it soak up the juices for 15 min or longer after. Yum.
