KrissiK
Well, when I was really little, I loved Captain Kangaroo and the Mickey Mouse Club. I loved Gilligan's Island and Happy Days when I got a little older.

Guest Katia
The Avengers - starring Patrick McNee and Diana Rigg I couldn't get enough of that show. I loved how smart and independent Mrs. Peel was; so very different from any other tv shows in the 1960s. In the 1970s my favorite was The Waltons. I was married in the early 1980s. :D

alegnab
My favorite comedy was/is I Love Lucy. I used to watch reruns often. My other favorite show was Little House on the Prairie. I grew up with Laura, since I'm the same age as Melissa Gilbert. If I remember correctly, the character Laura was one year younger than I was. Now my daughter is enjoying Little House on the Prairie, and she recently said that it's her favorite show. My whole family loves I Love Lucy. Other favorites of my childhood: Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew Battlestar Galactica (wasn't a fan of sci-fi, but it had Dirk Benedict :drool5: ) Magnum P.I. (Tom Selleck :001_tt1: ) The Brady Bunch Starsky and Hutch The Facts of Life B.J. and the Bear (Greg Evigan :001_smile: ) The Dukes of Hazzard Gunsmoke Andy Griffith show (reruns) Dick Van Dyke (reruns) Abbott and Costello movies (reruns) Reruns from Saturday Afternoon at the Westerns: Bonanza (Michael Landon :drool5: -- the best looking man ever on television, IMO) Big Valley (Lee Majors :001_smile: ) Alias Smith and Jones (Ben Murphy :001_smile: ) The Lone Ranger Zorro (Guy Williams :001_smile: ) Edited October 28, 2010 by alegnab add info

alegnab
Disney on Sunday nights, right after Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. Carol Burnett Show We also watched those shows every week. We used to watch Lawrence Welk, too, although I liked it, I wouldn't say it was a favorite of mine.
