dancer67
Not to go through with it for now. I read all of your responses, did more research and decided against it for now. I am going to just ride this thing out with my periods. Unless it becomes really bad to a point of bleeding all the time, and heavy, I will just deal with it. I figure this is all a part of the natural process of perimenopause, and heading into the menopausal years. Women did it for centuries without the help synthetic hormones. I am looking into natural approaches for cramps and regulating my cycle a little more. If anyone has some things they do to help their periods naturally, I am open to hearing about what has worked for you. :grouphug: and thank you! dancer67
Have you looked into natural progesterone cream? Yes. I have been researching here on the boards. Actually I have the Dr. Lee Book as well. But which cream to choose?? And does it work well? Side effects? Dangerous at all? Do you use it PH?
