I'm training for a marathon next month, so my running schedule has been a little more intense than normal. For the long runs, I get up around 5:30am, so that I can have the bulk of it done before the kids are up and about. Today's run took me a little over 3 hours to complete. My pace was 10:54, which is almost 2 minutes/mile slower than my other runs during the week. I am running about 35 miles a week.

I recently joined but I'm just doing couch to 5k right now. ;) There are others training for (or recovering from) marathons and everything in between. :)
