chickenpatty Posted October 15, 2010 Author Share Posted October 15, 2010 I'm training for a marathon next month, so my running schedule has been a little more intense than normal. For the long runs, I get up around 5:30am, so that I can have the bulk of it done before the kids are up and about. Today's run took me a little over 3 hours to complete. My pace was 10:54, which is almost 2 minutes/mile slower than my other runs during the week. I am running about 35 miles a week. Thanks for all the cheers! It means a lot!
