Aubrey
I've just lost the *whole* day because I can't walk down the hall w/out crashing into the wall. And my house needed cleaning, & laying down is boring!! I've got an ice pack on my neck, & that seems to be helping, but I've got to get it together soon; I'm supposed to pick dh up at work in an hr. (And I was supposed to go to the groc store & library!) I'm not a very pleasant patient. :glare: But the dc sure have done a good job caring for baby. :001_huh::001_smile:

5kidsforME
Aubrey, I hope you are feeling a little better! I remember getting dizzy a lot when I was preggo. Be careful and make sure you are ok to drive before you go. :grouphug:
JFSinIL
My thought, too - if dizzy, do NOT drive. A taxi for hubby is cheaper and safer than dealing with an accident!!!!!!!!
Ohio12
make sure you are eating enough!
Closeacademy
I have vertigo spells and I found that laying down, keeping my head very still and eating something like Goldfish or crackers slowly really helps. If I do this for an hour or so I can usually get the spell to disappear. It may help with the pregnancy dizziness as well.:001_smile:
