Adams Synchronological Chart or Map of History.

Recommended Posts

I found this yesterday at Sam's Club and fell in love with it. It was the last one on the shelf, and due to some minor shelf-wear, they gave it to me for cost... $20.

I absolutely love it! Have you all seen this? It's the best timeline/chart I've ever seen. It stretches 26.5 FEET in length. It was originally printed in 1897, so the timeline only goes to that year, but it's absolutely fascinating, and a great visual snapshot of history.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago from Buy.com...free shipping plus discount from Google checkout, and I paid $15 and change. I was soooo excited when it came.

Who but homeschoolers gets such a charge from a timeline????? (Certainly not any history teacher I ever had in school...I don't think I'd ever even heard of a timeline!)
