Onceuponatime
I've been researching these to find the best one for the money, but I keep coming up against negative reviews about quality. Do you have a type that you can recommend that is durable and doesn't take a large learning curve to set up?
ZooRho
Make it yourself. I LOVE MY RAIN BARRELS. I have 4 of them. 2 were made in a local class by the gardening club. Then we bought our own barrel and did it ourselves. The fourth has been a gift from a friend who was moving. She made hers in one of the classes we went to. Here are some websites. http://home.comcast.net/~leavesdance/rainbarrels/toolsneeded.html http://www.cityofbremerton.com/content/sw_makeyourownrainbarrel.html http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-a-Rain-Barrel--Cheaply There is no real learning curve. The barrels do need to be a bit up off the ground and the higher they are the better the flow of water. THe classes were about $40. the one we made oursleves was about $20.
