Need ideas for what else to put in my homemade "litmus paper kit"!

Dd10 and ds7 had a GREAT time at a co-op with litmus paper yesterday but we didn't have much time. So I had the idea to put together a kit for them for Christmas! (You have to know my dc to know that they will LOVE this! :) On the way home they said it would be a dream come true to have as much materials and time as they want to do testing!)

 

So far I have-

-plenty of litmus paper

-bottle of lemon juice, vinegar, baking soda

-roll of antacids

-little plastic cups for mixing

 

I'm drawing a blank on what else?

Here are some ideas: Cream of tartar, Kool Aid type drink mix, Milk of Magnesia (dilute it a bit to thin), instant coffee, mouthwash, packet of Emergen C. I may think of more later.

I would add a base that isn't a carbonate - maybe ammonia? (Maybe diluted a bit so it doesn't stink quite so much? LOL) Just because in mixing acids and bases they should realize that not all of them will fizz.
