Need advice about Handwriting Issue

I'm interested in teaching D'Nealian Handwriting aka "Modern Manuscript", but here's my quandry:

 

You know how ZanerBloser, A Reason for Handwriting, Horizons, etc. have the nice little books per grade level with lessons throughout.....well,

I can't find this for D'Nealian.

 

Does such exist?

 

Can you point me in that direction if it does?

 

Anyone have any opinions on how Modern Manuscript turned out for your kids?

I know D'Nealian has books (amazon). I don't know if they are like ZB, etc.

BJU's writing style is D'Nealian and they have books by grade. I don't remember there being a book for K because it is integrated into their Beginnings program, but I think there is an "extra practice" book for that level.

I used Modern Manuscript with all 3 of my kids, it made the transition to cursive easy. Here are a few resources:

For cursive there is the classically cursive series.

 

If you search for d'nealian at Rainbow Resource there are probably a few more.
