Tracey in TX
We had a Bowflex. While it's a relatively well made product, I didn't find it as easy as they claimed to use. It rapidly became a very large clothes hanger until we sold it.
Claire
We have had a Bowflex. My dh used it a lot. I have arthritis in my back and knees, and I found it too difficult to make the adjustments so I didn't use it much. It's a good product and takes up less space than some others. If you're not motivated to workout, though, having a Bowflex in the house probably won't help that. My dh has worked out his entire life, with or without equipment, so it was great for him! Sharon in SC
I love ours. Dh finds it hurts his lower back. FWIW, I have a friend who runs marathons and has *tons* of exercise equipment in her home (weights, treadmills, nordic track, etc). She states that if she could only keep one piece it would be the NT as it provides her the best overall workout (arms, cardio, low impact, etc).
