He felt like he stubbled a bit on the ethics ? Which was basically, "have you encountered any ethical situations on the project?" Well, he works for a company contracted by the company interviewing him...and so he felt a bit of a conflict of interest. So, he stubbled around a bit on that one. Otherwise it was good. They will make their recommendation to HR, then the background and salary package will be put together...hopefully we will hear something good in the next couple weeks.
