Unicorn.
Do I need to put it on a cookie sheet, or straight onto the oven rack?
Tabrett
I put mine directly on the rack. I've never had any problems.
Unicorn.
Thanks. Do you spray it, or grease and flour the old fashioned way? Also, is baking time the same as metal pans?
sweetbasil
If it's floppy I put it on a cookie sheet. I do find it takes longer to bake than metal.
Alyce
I thought since they were so flexible and the TV shows them just popping out that they'd do the same. When I've used them I've found them to stick to the sides just like other pans so I spray mine. I don't think you'd have to flour them but I would spray or grease them.
