Fabric Crayons....a review

WE have tried both of these:




and much prefer the Pentel. The Crayola is drawn onto paper and ironed onto cloth. It works. The Pentel is not pastel in color but like sticks of pastel as in an art medium, and kiddo has FAR more fun drawing faces and hands, etc on parts here and there on the cloth. We have not needed to pin down the stiff muslin, but you can pin onto cardboard. Since you iron them down via a plain piece of paper, placement of the paper is not crucial, so kiddo can do it himself without messing things up.


These are cheap, don't make a horrid mess, and kiddo loves them.
