Do you know how to roast freshly picked peanuts in the shell?

Don't roast them. Boil them! mmmmmm......


Yes, boil with a LOT of salt. My vote as a Southerner! But anyway, if you do roast, my mom does it in the shell, nothing on there, at 350 for 20-30 mins sounds right. Really watch them because they will scorch easily.


But that makes them soft, right? I really don't want mushy peanuts...
