annlaura
I hope this isn't obvious to everyone but me. :001_unsure: How do you find out school stats (class size, teacher salary, expenditure per student, test scores, etc) for a private/parochial school like the ones provided online for public schools? If they aren't online, do you request them from the principal? or does the district the school is in have them? TIA!

Well, in California and Texas, the district wouldn't know anything, as private schools are not regulated or accountable to the state. They are *private* schools, after all. You might be able to get that information from the school itself.
fhjmom
If they have accreditation, you might be able to find out some of that information from the accrediting agency. Otherwise, the school should provide it. If a private school doesn't want to share any of that information willingly, I would question why.
