mo2
Where can I learn about this? Keep in mind I am a lay person and know nothing about any of this. I would like to learn more about how food additives and allergies, etc, can affect a child's behavior. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you. Lucy in Australia
One of the best websites I know of for information to get started is The Food Intolerance Network. It's Australian, so some of the brand names may be irrelevant, but she has tons of information. Just scroll to the bottom of the page to the blue buttons and you'll see where to start. meet me in paris
http://www.feingold.org/ You don't have to "join" to read the research and get all the basic information about removing chemical additives from your food. They have tons of info and it's a great jumping off point.

mo2
Is it worth it to join Feingold for the extra materials?
Parrothead
If you have a child you suspect reacts to food, it might be a good idea to join a group. If you are simply, curious hang around at the boards for a time. You'll learn more than you ever wanted to know.
