ThreeBlessings
Any recommendations for Science for the very young, 4-6 years age range. I'm thinking ahead for my littlest daughter. :) I've read lots of Let's Read and Find Out books with my other kids and plan to use those. What else? Guest Alte Veste Academy
I really like hands-on exploration for science, especially for young children. Sandbox Scientist is the best thing I've seen to help set up explorations. I also really like Science Is Simple for the younger set.
Farrar
I also really like Science Is Simple for the younger set. :iagree: We had this for preK and while we didn't follow it exactly, we really liked it.

GoVanGogh
Building Foundations of Scientific Understanding by Nebel. I waited to use it until the end of 1st grade, start of 2nd, and wished I had used it much, much earlier. It is a great program.

Lisa in the UP of MI
I really like hands-on exploration for science, especially for young children. Sandbox Scientist is the best thing I've seen to help set up explorations. We start out with this book, then move on to BFSU.
