No flour, no sugar diet

I saw lots of mention about this and have researched it but thought I would come here for some more help.


I am allergic to peanuts, soy, tomatoes, peas, and pears.


Does anyone have any good sites with recipes that don't have much of that in their recipes?


I am also a bit unclear of exactly what to avoid. Some sites say rice is bad while others say it is okay.


Any tips, recipes, or good sites would be much appreciated.
