mom2three Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Hello, Has anyone taken the AOPS Algebra 3 course or any other online course? Can you give some feedback? We've been looking for a math class for my son to take after Algebra 2. The only class that fits with his schedule is Algebra 3 offered by AOPS. AOPS seems like a program for extremely gifted math students that enter math competitions. My son is good at math, but he certainly not someone that would enter math competitions. I was wondering if AOPS courses are filled with math wizards. If that were the case, that would intimidate my son. My son took the Are you Ready diagnostic test and got only one wrong.
