I requested a credit report this morning, but it never showed on my computer screen. The green progress bar at the bottom of the computer screen never completed. I then went to another screen to ask to view this report for 30 days (their free offer), and now that screen is frozen! And that's not all! Earlier, on a totally different computer, I placed a Security Freeze (lost driver's license) with Equifax. Then it gave me page that says something like process completed, copy down PIN shown below. Well, there was nothing below. No PIN! To request a different PIN, I need to talk to them (and their usual fee is $10!) But I don't have a contact number! The phone numbers they put on their website don't lead to any live person! Very frustrated. If you have their number, would you please give it to me?
