OOPS! Please HELP me save my butterfly pork steaks!!!

OK so I did something DUMB. I threw 3 beautiful pork steaks in my crockpot and poured marinade over them. I've never used this one before, but it looked like a BBQ sauce so I used it. It's Diana's Marinade, Red Wine & Cracked Pepper. So it smells like red wine vinegar, and after 3 hours of cooking I just poured all the liquid out of the crockpot and rinsed the meat. I'm afraid that whatever I put in there now will not go well with this flavour but I don't want this flavour anymore! ACK! Would you put chicken stock and spices in or BBQ sauce? Something else? Haaaalp!
