What could I do with a gallon bag of barbecued ground beef?

We are having a shared meal at our parish on Sunday and I have a gallon bag of browned ground beef that I added bottled barbecue sauce to in the freezer. Any suggestions on what I could do with this to make it a dish for a potluck?

Spread it into a casserole dish, top it with mashed potatoes and sharp cheddar cheese. Bake until heated through. YUM!

Take some Grands biscuits and roll them flat and line muffin cups with them. Fill them with the meat mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes. You could make this more potluck friendly by lining a casserole dish with the flattened biscuits or even use crescent rolls and then spread the meat on and top with cheese and bake. Cut into squares and serve like pizza.
