Janie Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I'm doing last minute gearing-up to the start of another new school year in a traditional classroom using Story of the World (I love those books!, and more importantly, my students love those books!). I would love to give my students a snazzy-looking, colorful page to insert in their view binders. I've seen barefootmeaderings pages, but I'd like to create one for the classes I teach (SOTW 2, 3, 4). I need ideas. So, if you've designed one, would you be willing to post a picture of it solely for idea purposes? Thanks! Quote
stephanier.1765 Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I finally got around to creating our Ancient History notebook cover. I don't know if that will help at all but I thought I'd post the link just in case. http://daisiesanddominos.blogspot.com/2010/08/another-notebook-cover.html Quote
Kareni Posted August 14, 2010 Posted August 14, 2010 Stephanie, What a great notebook cover! I liked your Ethics notebook cover, too. Regards, Kareni Quote

Brindee Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 (edited) I Googled "Ancient History" and found a pic to print out See if this helps http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&source=imghp&biw=1094&bih=679&q=ancient+history&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai= Right off hand I don't see the one we used for my oldest, but it was pretty cool! For my younger two, I got the "History Through the Ages" Timeline Book (awesome!), and just photo copied the cool front of that for their notebook for their maps and writing, etc. http://www.homeschoolinthewoods.com/HTTA/RecordofTime.htm Edited August 15, 2010 by Brindee Quote
