JadeOrchidSong
I am trying to figure out how much postage I need to pay for shipping my SL P4/5 complete set to any potential buyer. It is about 30#. I have no idea about this. Can you who are experienced buyers or sellers of used curricula tell me an estimated amount? Thank you. How about for a couple books that is about 2 pounds? Thanks for your help. J

JadeOrchidSong
Use the USPS Postage Price Calculator Beth, Thank you very much for this link. I tried an hour in the morning to search on the UPS site for estimated cost calculator but couldn't find media rate. I am so glad to find out it is about $20 rather than $120 that I saw in the morning. You have been very helpful. This is the first time I am going to sell my curriculum. elegantlion
Would it fit in a flat rate box? Even if you had to do two, I think that is a better option that sending that many books media mail.

DawnM
Maybe, maybe not. I just loaded a Sonlight Core 3 into a 12x12x16 box and it will be around $15 to ship. Using the flat rate I would need at least 3 as the largest is 12x12x5 and is $14 each to ship. That is triple the rate. BTW: My box was 30.6 pounds. Dawn Would it fit in a flat rate box? I agree. One 30 pound media mail box will take a long time to get there. I have not had great luck with large media mail boxes. A couple of books here or there is fine. I would get delivery confirmation at the very least since you will be the responsible party.
