hsmom3tn
I used to have a program on my old computer called Omniformat (I think) that I used to convert pdf files to jpeg files. I haven't used it in a few years, though, and don't have it anymore so I can't explain how it works. I believe it was a free program download. hornblower
this may not help you depending what you need it for & what quality you're looking for but a quick & easy hack is to take a screenshot there is a button on your computer called PrntScrn which stands for 'print screen'. Press it when you have your document opened, then open something like the free MS Paint or any other graphics program & click past. PrntScrn takes a screenshot of whatever is on your screen & saves it to your clipboard. Once you have it pasted, save it as jpg file.
