SAT - location

Hi-

I noticed at College Board they've listed the 2011 SAT and SAT subject exams schedule. BUt my local high school only has the June 4th date on their calendar so....where do I find where the SAT will be administered in other schools? Is it on the college board site somewhere?

Try using the College Board's Code Search page. Search by "Test Centers" and enter your testing date and city/state. It will pull up a list of schools offering SAT/Subject Test testing on that specific date.

 

There's also a "Search Subject Test Dates" function on that page. Not all Subject tests are offered on each date (Latin comes to mind), even if the testing center is open.

My recollection too is that when you sign up for the SAT (and SAT subject tests) you must enter three test sites. [Or am I hallucinating?] I recall that we feared that my daughter might have to take a test over an hour away if the local site was full.
