milovany
Can you do it? (HINT: Most of you have probably seen it). :D Edited August 4, 2010 by milovaný
milovany
Okay, okay. Image the pudgy mouth of a 2 year old saying the words. *Think*think*think. It's one of the most popular and quotable movies of all time.
milovany
*Sigh*. FINAL hint. I guess I should add that said 2yo vocalizes what is a silent (understood) subject in the movie. Anyone? Anyone?
hornblower
No clue. That's why cute pudgy 2yo's come with moms who can translate ? :D
RegGuheert
OK. I don't recall that line in "The Princess Bride." Was Mandy Patinkin in the movie?
SapphireStitch
Well, from the pic of Inigo Montoya I'm going with Reg and saying "Princess Bride". Oh...yeah...the line is "prepare to die!" and the "ding" part is the swords??
hornblower
Oh gad. I knew it was going to be Princess Bride. If we ever have WTM jeopardy, I'm answering Princess Bride for any movie question. I.don't.get.the.appeal.of.this.movie. Maybe I need to watch it again. Maybe I missed something. Like a plot. And characters. And jokes. There were jokes? And quotes? <sigh> but I love how 2yo's say anything so I'm imagining mucho cuteness :)
milovany
No clue. That's why cute pudgy 2yo's come with moms who can translate ? :D Yeah, I guess that's true, LOL. Well, from the pic of Inigo Montoya I'm going with Reg and saying "Princess Bride". Oh...yeah...the line is "prepare to die!" and the "ding" part is the swords?? We have a winner. He' a kick -- he'd come up to us and say "Pare die!" and we'd say "YOU pare die!" so now that's what he says ("oo-pare-die!"). And yes, the ding, dings are the swords.
RegGuheert
I'm sitting here trying to think of any two-year-olds in "The Princess Bride!" Cute! :001_smile:
Mrs Mungo
Hornblower, have you read the book? Maybe that would help. :D
