Teresa in MO
I believe I am going through menopause. I had no periods from December through March. Started again monthly for the next 4 months. I am now 6 weeks past my last one. I have dealt with hot flashes for the past couple of years, but until recently they were minor. They were happening mainly during the night, but are now accuring regularly during the day too. I am throwing the sheets off me 4 or 5 times during the night. Any ideas or tips how to deal with these would greatly be appreciated! Also, when do you stop having hot flashes? I turned 51 yesterday. Jane Elliot
I started having them a few years ago at 40yo. I'm not menopausal yet, but it was driving me crazy. Several older friends recommended evening primrose oil and it did help a lot.
