aready
Hi all! We are taking a trip to London and Paris in September. I would love to use this as a unit study and get my girls (ages 9 and 6) really involved before we go. My Mom was a high school French teacher, and has been working a little on their French, but they live out of town. Could anyone suggest a program that would really get them to learn French for the trip. More to understand the language around them, than to speak it. I have looked at Rosetta Stone and thought we could all use that program, but I'm just not sure. Does the homeschool version let more than one child use it? Also- does anyone know of any lapbooks or unit studies on various things in London? Paris? I would really like to let them sort of go with this, but at this point they don't even know the basics. Looking for any suggestions! Thanks Amy
Guest Cheryl in SoCal
I have the homeschool version and use it with multiple children. I've never seen the regular version so I have no idea if it can only be used with one person. We are enjoying it but I don't think from now (or whenever it arrived) to September would be enough time to get very far with it.
