shinyhappypeople
I wish there was a secular "box" Charlotte Mason curriculum. Does this exist? I know about Living Books Curriculum, but I don't think it's secular :(
Guest Cindie2dds
Well, that's going to be hard to find. CM was a Christian, so theoretically anyone using her methods would incorporate, at the very least, Scripture. I think you are going to have to modify any "box" you find if you are wanting secular. That's one of the main reasons we went with Oak Meadow, no modifying. I would say Ambleside Online would probably be the easiest to modify, as well as the cheapest. Hope others pop in to offer more suggestions. At least I've given you a friendly bump. :D
Closeacademy
Oak Meadow has the feel of a Charlotte Mason curriculum. They use a lot of the quality book choices, incorporate nature studies and copywork. You would only really need to add the narration aspect. Just another idea.:001_smile:
