KidsHappen
How do you go about telling them that you received it in that condition and what do they do about it? I am bummed because we were supposed to watch a disc of Eureka tonight and the disc we got today is broken.
Mothersweets
Contact them! Their customer service has always been excellent, ime. They will send you a new disc out right away.
BikeBookBread
there's a spot on the Netflix website to report a broken DVD. They'll send you a replacement immediately and you just send the broken one back. Go into your account, and down at the bottom there's a link to "report a DVD or shipping problem"
Renthead Mommy
You can either call them or do it online, but tell them. You send the broken one back just like usual, but if you tell them, they'll send you out a new copy ASAP, not even waiting for the broken one to get to them first. Mrs Mungo
Sign in and click on the "your account" link. It will show your current disks. There is a button to click in order to report a problem. You can handle it from there. :)

This is what we've done. Excellent customer service. Just make sure to send the broken one back so you don't get charged for it.
