Jennifer in MI
He's a typical nearly-10 yo boy. He loves sports. Loves his friends. He would be happy with anything. He really, really, really wants a go-cart like his best friend just bought. But, the reviews on it on Amazon are terrible. Any thoughts about where to get a decent go-cart? If not that, what else? Please? I'm at a total loss this year.
MariannNOVA
Heavens - this is tough. I googled go-carts ('cause I know nothing about them) and I am providing you with this link: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&rlz=1R2ADBS_enUS331&q='go-kart'&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=5254381442902322211&ei=jTROTJfHHIH58AbNnO3BAg&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CDsQ8wIwAg# If the link doesn't work, let me know -- but this is the product name: Razor Ground Force Electric Powered Go Kart I have no idea what price point you are thinking, but this particular one did have reviews - maybe it will help. I hope so. After all, you were so nice at the 'picnic' with the G & Ts and the cabana boy and the limo.:D
Jennifer in MI
Thanks!!! I'll look them over tomorrow. I'm SO TIRED!!!! Bed looks so good right now. And, please don't forget, I also offered a private jet to the private island at the picnic. The cabana boy is also a pilot. :)

Chelle in MO
I have no idea what you two are talking about, but you're so funny! No go-kart suggestions, but how about... a subscription to LEGO's Brickmaster Club? Or Sports Spectrum magazine? Or a jersey of his favorite sports team/player? Or a trip to a sporting event he doesn't usually get to attend (and maybe take a friend)?

Thanks. And, we're referencing a previous thread about a virtual "party." I offered a cabana boy and gin and tonics. Someone else offered a private island and it sort of took off. It was fun! Wish you could have been there!!!

Glad you liked the suggestions, and thanks for the explanation. I'll have to track down that thread and see for myself what the party was all about! We just watched Cast Away, so I'm not sure I'm up for a private island right now, though!
