hanki
If you have a 7th grader that will be doing Apologia General Science with MFW, do you have them do that AND the other assigned readings/experiments that are on the weekly assignment sheet or just the Apologia? Thanks!
cbollin
depends a tiny bit. in ECC, it is recommended that 7th (or 8th) graders at least just read the Properties of Ecosystem to enrich a portion of their geography. But the science time is Apologia General for main science, experiments, etc. Other years (CTG, RTR, EX1850, 1850 MOD), the jr. highers just do the Apologia jr. high and don't have to do the younger elementary science. When my oldest was in 7th and 8th always seem to make time to do some science fun with her sister as well as doing apologia stuff. But she really wanted to do that. -crystal

Thanks! The plan is to have her do the reading during school, the other assigned reading on her own time as "homework" and experiments during school time. Like I said, that is the plan, we will see what happens when we get there! (but I am stubborn so my dd is in for it LOL)
