I had planned a variety of books this year (rising 12th grader) that we haven't gotten to the past 3 years. I had gathered a variety of study guides. Am wondering if this program is better - better to have consistency of one "text" /dvd lectures as we read through various books. I have been looking at the last in the seriesm (English V: world literature). Any thoughts on this? Experiences with it? I also think that both ds and I will follow through more with each book if we have a program like this?! I hate as I get nearer to the start of our school year - I start looking at other things then what I had planned! Do you think I could have this as a resource and just do some of the books in this text? That way we can still do some we had planned? I might do it this way - the book is only 29$.
