I think it is a really good choice for her and would give her some space from dd3 that she really needs right now. She has applied for a scholarship, as it is the only way we can afford this school. It is a rare opportunity and won't likely come again for her. She has gone through all of the steps which included a portfolio submission and an interview. She received an email saying that she was a strong candidate and that the decision would be made in late July. If you have a moment, she could really use your prayers. Her name is Lorin. Tap Posted August 11, 2010 Author Share Posted August 11, 2010 :0) UPDATE: She won the scholarship!!!! We just found out today. She is so excited and I have a great amount of peace around it. If there was ever a school built for her....this is it! (at least it is from the outside :0) ) The other great thing about the school is that the scholarship is for 3 years! 6,7,8th grades so she will start homeschooling again in 9th grade and we will see what happens after that.
