8filltheheart
My dd is considering forensic science as a career and the complete title of Spencer's book is Genetic Testimony: a Guide to Forensic DNA Profiling (wouldn't fit in title line). I think that is a text she would enjoy. The reviews of Freeman's text are less than stellar. (ISBN: 9780130819239) These are the texts used by MIT's OpenCourseWare 7.012 biology course. I am really feeling pulled in this direction, but I am not thrilled about the reviews I have read about that text. http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/biology/7-012-introduction-to-biology-fall-2004/ If anyone has any insight, I would love to hear opinions. Thanks! Edited June 13, 2010 by 8FillTheHeart
