Gooblink
I'm preparing to order our resources and am curious about the Rod & Staff book recommendation on p. 343 of WTM, copyright 2004. It says, "Seventh-or eighth-grade students just beginning in Rod & Staff should start with the fifth-grade book, Progressing with Courage." The summary of grammar choices, however, lists Progressing with Courage as a sixth-grade text and Following the Plan as the fifth-grade text. Can anybody clarify which one should be used for a seventh-grader? We are new to R&S and will be starting 5th and 7th graders this summer. We've used Easy Grammar and Daily Grams until now but would like them to learn sentence diagraming. Thank you!
SilverMoon
Grade 5 for the fifth grader, and grade 6 for the seventh grader. :)

Free Indeed
I emailed Peace Hill Press and asked, and they said start with grade 5 with older children just beginning Rod and Staff.
