Whitneyz
It is recommended in Latin Centered Curriculum for late starters in logic. I've never taken a logic course so it's all new to me. I am looking at Traditional Logic at Memoria Press too. I need one that won't need too much help from me. My dd is a junior. Thx, Whitney
Faithr
I have this book and it goes way too fast for me! It is heavy duty! I think if you want to get some logic in have your student read the three (so far) logic books that Classical Academic Press has come out with. It'll be a gentle intro but he'll learn lots of valuable stuff and you won't have to help him at all.
Whitneyz
That's exactly what I wanted to know! Thanks so much.
Peela
:iagree: with Faithr. I bought it because of some recommendations here on the board a year or 2 ago..but it's way too deep for me and my not so deep 15yo.
Whitneyz
Thank you...thank you....I have such a tendency to rush right out and buy something so I exercised a little restraint and did not buy Socratic Logic. I know it will be over my head then....I'm not very logical!!! :) Whitney
