Jan in Utah
We have cycled through the Story of the World twice and really enjoyed it. My 11 yo son has especially liked the last 100 years or so history of our country and would like to read more. I need suggestions on a good curriculum for history for just since WW1 to present. He is an excellent reader. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jan

mcconnellboys
I might use a bunch of Marrin's books: http://www.lamppostpublishing.com/history_albert_marrin.htm http://fun-books.com/books/albert_marrin.htm (both these two give brief synopses of some of his pertinent works) http://www.albertmarrin.com/ (this site tells more about him and some of his not so well known or newer books) http://www.librarything.com/author/marrinalbert (I think this one lists all or nearly all his books)
