jillian
Geometry is a subject I NEVER EVER mastered, I barely got through it in high school. I found out in two separate sources that Saxon now does a Geometry course!! Is it true?
Catiejoy
yes, Saxon does have a geometry course available - don't know anything about it though- you cannot search inside the book @ amazon yet
Catiejoy
By the way, christianbook.com does have a product description, there is the regular homeschool kit as well as a dive cd
jillian
thanks :) this is something that i am super excited about, now i'm not so concerned about using saxon through high school for dd (even though she's only 2 lol) or for re-teaching myself
Teachin'Mine
Hopefully they'll have at least a 2nd edition out by the time she gets to Geometry!
HollyDay
My info is, unfortunately 2nd hand...... My best IRL gf used the "old" saxon with her oldest and the "new" geometry with her youngest. She said the new geometry is more "thorough" than the combined. In fact, her son went back through the new book and said there were things in it not covered by the combined course.
