iteachmine
My daughter took the SAT through a John Hopkins Gifted Program two years ago as an 8th grader. Next year she will be in 11th grade. Is she still eligible to take the PSAT and possible qualify for national merit scholarship. Has anyone's child done this??
KnitWit
Yes, she may still take the PSAT....and she will probably WANT to take the SAT again, and may *have* to take it again. I know the NMSC does allow previous scores, but only so far back. Unless her SAT score is just EXCELLENT, I'm sure she'll want to plan to retake it. GOOD LUCK!! Carmen_and_Company
None of Taz's pre-high school scores showed up for any of the colleges. You must request those scores be forwarded to colleges/universities by the College Board, and made a part of your dc's permanent score record. The tests from 7th grade actually dropped off Taz's score report by the time he took the official PSAT in 11th grade.

The qualifying SAT must be taken between Oct. of the sophomore year and Dec. of the senior year.

I did retake the SAT as well because I wanted to see if my score would improve.
