choirfarm
Grin. Sorry I'm full of questions today. Part of it is our used curriculum sale is in a couple of weeks, so I need to know what I'm doing. (Boy, I wish they were at the end of May!!!) Anyway, my 9th grader has been doing Introductory and Intermediate Logic. He has really enjoyed it. He should finish Intermediate in a couple of weeks. It has gotten harder lately and to be honest, I don't understand it and don't know if his original problems are correct or not!! He will finish up the Teaching Company's Argumentation: The STudy of Effective REasoning. (He did the first half of it when he finished Introductory in the fall.) Should he do anything else to get high school credit for Logic? Is that basically enough logic for high school? Christine
Maryalice
That is plenty of logic for high school (more than most get in a lifetime <g>). If he likes logic, you could have him do symbolic logic (a personal fav).
choirfarm
I've never had any logic, so I wasn't sure. I'll check it off the list, then. I'm going to have to learn it with my other son, though. He isn't so self-motivated. Christine
