Paz
My dd would like to take some courses at the community college this fall or spring. I know that the test seems simple but dd is dyslexia and will most likely experience anxiety if she has not seen the test format before. We do have a few online practice tests but I am looking for some workbooks that she can do before taking the test, similar to the prep books for ACT/SAT. She is taking the Florida College Entry Level Placement Test. There is also mention of Accuplacer. Any suggestions?
Yolanda in Mass
I'm almost positive you can Google or Bing Accuplacer and find on-line practice tests. That's what we did a few years ago.

Jennifer in MI
We looked up the name of the test my d.s. was to take and there were a number of practice tests on line. Good luck to your dd!!

fishmummy
Our Community College system provides you with an online assessment to give you a peek into what type of questions to expect and the format. Maybe you could ask a representative from the school your daughter is looking into for some online prep advice. most of them are happy to talk to homeschool students. wendy
