Sue G in PA Posted January 19, 2008 Share Posted January 19, 2008 and sooooo frustrated! It took me half dozen attempts to even get to checkout (site froze up). When I did it took another half dozen attempts to get the coupon code entered into my basket. Well, after some more challenges, I was able to complete my order. I ordered Ebooks. I was able to download 2, but the other, although the site says it is available, will not download. I keep getting a server error. I've emailed the company my frustrations and hopefully will get this resolved. Keep trying (make sure you have an account first) and if you can't get it to work, email the company about your problems. Let them know what books you want to order and explain you can't get the coupon code to work. Hopefully they will honor the sale price tomorrow since you notified them tonight, KWIM?
