Colleen in NS Posted January 17, 2010 Share Posted January 17, 2010 Just wondering if there are any of you out there, esp. in HRM, and if you ever want to get together and talk about skills-teaching. I've been using WTM as a guide for six years, and have been really glad for the encouragement to teach my kids things like grammar, math, reading, spelling, writing, and Latin skills, so that they can build their education further, later in their lives. I plan to continue teaching these skills (as I learn them!), as well as content subjects. I'd love to either help someone with younger kids along, or find people in my area who have BTDT with some or all of these skills, so I can pm you or call you or e-mail you with HELP! questions, esp. if you gave your kids a WTM-classical-style education through high school.
