We are using SOS Spanish 1, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but I thought I would try here. The question is: ¿Cómo es el pelo de tu madre? Ohdanigirl Posted January 17, 2010 Share Posted January 17, 2010 Actually as far as I know it isn't. I assume they want you to give a color, since those options were not correct. You'd be surprised how many incorrect little things you will see in some books. Most Spanish speakers would answer the question in that way. If you specifically asked, que color? Then you would get an answer dealing with color. Don't worry so much, just remember it the way the book teaches it for testing purposes. Also, remember their is always a difference between text book and real life. Now i you suddenly notice you are being taught that rojo is green, then I'd worry. Have fun learning Spanish. Rizado or lacio would be correct and acceptable answers- UNLESS you are doign an unit where hair color are beign taught... in which case that's the goal of the question.. The lesson had taught hair color, eye color and the straight and curly adjectives so since they didn't specify hair I'm going to count those as correct.
