I know many of you use Grammar-Land by M.L. Nesbitt, as we do. I want to share with you some worksheets that I made to go along with each chapter. I only have the first 6 chapters done at this point, but I hope to have worksheets for every chapter done by the end of the week. You can see them at my blog: We Don't Need No Education

I hope they are useful to someone!

These worksheets just look wonderful. :D:D

We love using this book together with "The Sentence Family". I found both of these grammar resources here on this board. Just love the HIVE!

Thanks for the recommendation. :D

One of my other favorite resources for grammar is a series of books titled, "Words Are Categorical" by Brian Cleary. We have a couple already and the rest are on my wish list. They are so much fun, and perfect for the younger student.

We love Brian Cleary's books around here. Luckily, our library carries quite a bit of his books. They are a BIG hit around our house as well!

Bumping the up because I have FINALLY finished more of the worksheets. I now have 15 of the 17 chapters completed. Please let me know if you find any mistakes. I am not a grammar person!

If I don't finish tonight we are going to take the day off of schoolwork tomorrow so that I can finish these up.

Hi Jessica!

We've been using your Grammar-Land worksheets and loving it. Did you ever do an answer key?

Thanks for putting this together! I'm using it as a fun way to wrap up our year of grammar study. :)

No, I haven't ever made an answer key. Sorry! Making the worksheets wasn't difficult, but I am not a grammar expert and I'm afraid I would do them wrong. We're using MCT now and I'm learning almost as much as my son!

If anyone else is interested in making an answer key I would be happy to post it with the worksheets.
