BF History plus TLP or Progeny Press?

Recommended Posts

We plan on using BF history for High School. There is quite a bit of reading involved in this program. The study guide is geared toward history (obviously) not literature analysis. Would using either TLP or Progeny Press guides for lit analysis along side the BF guide too much? I'm concerned about overkill, repetition, etc..

I know some of the activities in TLP would drive dd nuts - word search and find for example. But, the vocabulary building and lit studies look very good in both programs. Is it fiscally a good idea to do both? Is there enough diversity in the questions to make both worthwhile?
