I am replete with Piggy. . .

Figgy Piggy, as we nicknamed our Christmas pig's head, got nice and toasty. MIL praised the job we did on it.


I was relieved to see dh cutting Piggy up before it went on the table. I got a couple of pictures for you.




Here was our Christmas dinner Filipino style. There are two plates of piggy meat between the salad. After I took the picture I remembered the cashew chicken was in the oven so added that to the spread.




Oh - and the wine served was a Reisling.
