You don't have to google too much to read about the health benefits of rebounding.

We don't have a rebounder, but we do have an outdoor trampoline. A friend claims that trampolines don't offer the same health benefits as rebounding, because they are different things.

My question is why not? I realize rebounders are tighter, but why wouldn't jumping on a trampoline offer the same health benefits as jumping on a rebounder. I haven't seen any article that says one is better than the other, just mostly that rebounding is sooo good for you.

What do y'all say?
